As per the recent Global Services Location Index, India has been awarded No. 1 position for off shore outsourcing. The index evaluates 40 countries as potential locations for the most common remote services Including IT Service and Support, Contact Centers (Call Centers), Back Office Support. Each country’s score is comprised of a weighted combination of relative scores of 40 individual metrics, which are grouped into three categories viz., Financial Attractiveness, People Skills and availability and Business Environment.
