|Roles & Responsibilities :||
* Provide foundation training to new joiners in the organization.
* Ability to maintain current and relevant training materials.
* Tracking the performance of the trainees during the training period.
* Prepare and maintain a detailed training report for each training batch.
* Upgrading the Process content about product to the existing employees.
* Report the performance tracker of all employees to the assigned officials on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

* Experience in handling a team.
* Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
* Ability to understand multiple processes (Voice and Data)
* Good knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint.
* Assist in developing and implementing training & quality standards and processes to assess people performance
