Job Title : Operations Support Executive - Non- Voice Process
Job Description :
  • To provide operational support by close monitoring and trouble shooting.
  • Ability to co-ordinate with peer group and client support team for daily tasks and escalations.
  • Ability to interact using instant message tools like Slack, Skype etc.
  • Willing to work in rotational shift.
Eligiblity :
  • Any degree with no backlogs
  • Candidates pursuing college in regular / correspondence cannot be considered.
  • Freshers or those with upto 1 year experience
  • Male Candidates Only
  • Good  Computer Operating Skills (Keyboard & Mouse Handling)
  • Good  English communication skills
  • Should be an immediate joiner
  • Should be located in closer proximity to our office in Gopalapuram (0kms-5kms radius)
