• Assist the technical team in mapping the business processes of the client workflow solution
• Understand and address client's requirements for effective and efficient System Processes
• Ability to communicate technically with the developers
• Capacity to read and comprehend logs, configuration set-up etc.
• Ability to support the client in set up Plugins within the specific Shopping Carts
• Knowledge of the shopping carts and operational experience is required (Shopify)
  
  

• Male /Female with any degree preferably with Computer Science background
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Basic knowledge in PHP, Web Services and .NET
• Knowledge in software programming languages and software testing(System test & User Acceptance Test)
• Good understanding in Database Management & Network Management
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Work experience from E-commerce platform would be an added advantage
• Should be an immediate joiner
• Work From Office in the Australian Shift Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST)
