- Greeting ,welcoming and providing information to the visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them and take accurate messages as required.
- Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings etc.
- Providing general administrative support to HR and various departments as needed.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Shift : Monday to Saturday 10am to 6.30pm
Required Candidate Profile :
- Any degree with good command over English and Tamil language.
- Basic knowledge in MS Excel
- Prior experience in a relevant position will be an added advantage.
- Immediate Joiner
- Additional language - Hindi preferred
